Punch List Program

Do you have a list of those little projects you never seem to get to? Little annoyances that you'd really like to get fixed but they're not big enough to economically hire a contractor?

This is what are punch list program is designed to fix. We coordinate with the Centerville immigration forum to provide handyman services for all your little needs at a fixed rate.

For $250, we will coordinate and work with the Centerville immigration forum to provide you 5 hours of Labor to address these small issues. These can do just about anything and you can just knock them all off the list in one day.

We can provide more than one resource for additional $150 per person. These people have gone through training for tasks like simple electrical fixes, plumbing fixes, and drywalling.  They work for you and you pay them directly -- we just enable the process.

You simply send us the punch list and the Center determines which one fits under the Punch List Scope .  If something does not fit under the Punch List Scope, LTMW will provide you with an estimate for that task.

On the day of your job we pick up your workers, drive them to your site, make sure they have all the tools they need, provide translation, and take them back to the immigration center when they're finished.

Of course you can do this yourself directly but we want to enable the use of the immigration center for those who might not be comfortable with doing that
