We do it the right way
We do it above and beyond code and treat your house it's our own. Our jobs are priced using firm fixed price, not hours, so if it takes days for things to dry so we can do it right there's no extra cost. It's about doing it right with patience needed for quality.
Full Cost Transparency
We provide a fully detailed cost built up, including materials. We allow you to provide the materials if you want and give you links to exactly what you need to provide, but if you want us to provide them we can. If we do that, we charge a 25% markup which is significantly below the 40% average in the industry. We give you receipts and will return anything that's not used and refund you the money and the markup.
We provide a full hourly build up of the cost for a firm fixed price contract. We are clear on what the limitations are and will work with you. If it turns out there are things that require additional cost, getting your approval before proceeding.
Lifetime guarantee
For as long as I'm alive, I will stand behind what we've done and if there's some reason it fails, will come back and fix it free of charge. This does not include normal wear and tear acts of God.
